Based in Clark and Edgar Counties in Illinois, HRC maintains a 24 hour behavioral health crisis service system serving Edgar and Clark counties.
When a caller phones the crisis number (1-217-712-9766), they are immediately connected to a trained crisis clinician. There is no cost for this service and it is available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day.
